Prices: Because our material and production costs fluctuate, we
reserve the right to adjust our prices without notice. The price in effect
at the time you order is the price you pay for the merchandise. Please ask
your sales representative for information on our current prices and
monthly specials.
Minimum Orders: $250.00 There is a $15.00 service fee for any order
under $250.00.
Shipment: We ship all orders FOB S.F. and UPS ground unless otherwise
specified. Please let us know whether you want Red Label, Blue Label, or 3
Day Select.
Returns: You must inspect merchandise when you receive it and report
any problems, discrepancies, or shortages within TWO days. We will not
accept any returns or exchanges without prior authorization, and a return
authorization number. Any items being returned that are not under the
authorization number will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We must
receive returns within thirty days of official authorization, if not we
well refuse to accept the returned goods. Kookie Int'l. reserves the right
to determine the nature of any defects upon its inspection of returned
merchandise. This policy applies only to defective merchandise and
discrepancies.
Back Orders: We will ship your Back Orders promptly or soon as we are
able to.
Refusals: You will incur a 20% freight and handling charge on all
refused shipments.
